Just received my Jungle Gym XT in the mail the other day. My first usage of the system was a few days ago. The only method of hanging the Jungle Gym in my house is by using the door anchors provided on the strap assembly. I was immediately impressed by the sturdy and well thought out construction of the entire system. The door anchors show no play while doing the most strenuous of exercises. I put the handles up as high as I could and suspended myself off the floor with no problems. It really is as strong as whatever you mount it to.
As far as exercises go you are only really limited by how knowledgeable you are about exercising. You can reproduce a lot of gym exercises as well as create your own. The resistance is determined by how far you move the anchors apart and by your stance. It is a perfectly accessible system for anyone and the included DVD shows a multitude of interesting and valuable movements for all the major muscle groups.
Completely satisfied with the product, although I think it could be sold for less. Somewhere around the 70-80 dollar area seems reasonable. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

I like the sturdiness of this item. Nice and heavy duty and seems to be made of quality materials. The one criticism I have would be the method for hanging them up but that is minor. The poster that comes with them is a handy quick guide on the different exercises. Suitable for hanging in the workout space. Would recommend to anyone.
