The handles for the dips are also used for grip when doing kneee raises (this is because it has a hinge that allows it to change positions. They are supported by removable pins... still quite sturdy)

Putting together wasn't hard, I did it with the help of my 3 and 5 y/o daughters (they handed me the nuts and washers).
Sort the bolts before you begin. There are a group of 6 bolts named '15', 2 of them are slightly shorter than the other 4. Use these 2 first if you plan to follow the instructions (you'll see why when you're doing it). 2 wrenches (not included) are required, they may or may not be adjustable. Also the parts are labelled. There are no extra pieces so don't lose anything. the sizes are standard so if you do, you can get them at any hardware store.

I am about 180 pounds 5'8". The structure is very sturdy when I'm on it, and looks very durable. I have to climb on the push up rails to reach the pull up bars.
