I bought the Multipress Bench, this attachment, and the leg attachment. I love to bust out a set of bench press and go right to curls. It really allows me to keep my heart rate up. I am so impressed with Powertec equipment. Top quality!

I've been working out for about six years, and have installed an extensive home gym facility since moving out of my home state. I've outfitted the place with two Cybex cardio machines, and after a lot of research, I began ordering Powertec strength products.EVERY PRODUCT I've received from Powertec fitness has been top-knotch. The pieces are solid, sturdy, heavy gauge steel with excellent, even welding. I've had no chipping with any of the Powertec powder coatings so far.That being said, not every surface of the Powertec pieces is powder-coated. Some are bare steel; I don't know if the steel is classified "stainless" or not, but any stainless grade steel rusts pretty easily; it just takes a little encouragement. I received this piece with a small amount of rusting on part of the chrome piece you see in the photo. It was trivial to scrape off, and installation after that was a snap.This is really an excellent piece for your home gym. The padding and operation has the feel of an industrial gym piece. The operation is smooth, and if you don't care for the included curling handle, it can easily be replaced with a cable attachment or strength straps (I recommend Spud Straps for use with weight machines when applicable). Their curling bar is seculed with a lockpin, so the handles can be changed in seconds. Moreover, the curl pad's angle can be adjusted, making this an effective station for dumbbell and/or easy grip bar preacher curls. I don't know why Powertec doesn't mention all of these additional selling points in their extensive publicity work, but they tend not to. For example, I've also ordered the Powertec Multi Press, which they list as a station for Incline, Decline, Bench and Military presses, but that station is also excellent for standing shrugs and rows. I have to wonder why they don't mention those possibilities, as they increase the Multi Press' versatility by half. Maybe I should be doing publicity consultations.I ordered two other accessories, the Pec Fly and Leg Extension, and hope to write reviews for those as well. Thus far, though, I can recommend any and all Powertec products with enthusiasm, and I have very high standards when it comes to quality hardware.
