Although I love going to the gym I found that I didn't have time with my new job. I decided to try the Dosho Gym 5000 since it looked like I'd still get a free weight workout. The Dosho Gym is great. The dumbells adjust simply and easily and the lift assist system is like having a trainer! I've been using it regularly and it's amazing. It's also really pretty - the red metallic paint is gorgeous. It's been fantastic.

Okay, so this is a somewhat unique situation, but noteworthy for Amazon, and Dosho.
I bought an open box Dosho Gym at a discounted rate. According to the seller, the gym was "like new condition". This was not the case, there were a few broken clamps, one of the rubber strips had been ripped, and was not working correctly. Also, the Leg extension bar had been drilled at an angle and was not perpendicular to the connecting vertical bar. I at first was disappointed, so I called Amazon, and of course they would return it. I went ahead and sent off for the return information, but I had asked if they could send me replacement parts, and their answer was no. I was still kind of disappointed, as tearing it all down to send it back is kind of a pain. I then called Dosho, and they happily said that they would send me replacement parts to repair the gym to expected quality. I think this alone says a lot about Dosho, as they will stand behind their product and expect quality as much as their customers do.
The Gym itself is very sturdy, and is made of thick steel. It has a solid heavy base, and does not teeter when you are lifting on it. My original interest in the Dosho was that it is versatile, and it has a fairly small foot print. It has a ton of exercises that work every muscle group. I also like that it comes with a work out plan. I tried it and I was very sore for the next couple of days.
Another aspect of the Dosho that I like is that it is very attractive. For me I live in a condo, and don't have a lot of room in my place. I can just slide it out of the way, and it doesn't look like I have a robot assassin taking over my condo. For anyone living in small space that doesn't want to pay for an outrages gym pass then I feel that this would be a good fit for you. It is for me!
