REally like this equipment. Really hits the biceps at a different place than regular curls, as you'd expect from any preacher curl setup. Good finishing exercise for arm day. The ONLY downside is that it's every so slightly narrow. I fit it, but just barely. A bigger guy may have trouble fitting into it, and may need a wider preacher pad. I haven't decided if I like using it more as a machine preacher curl, or use with my EZ Curl Bar or Dumbbells... each has its pros and cons... maybe I'll mix it up. IN any case, it's solid, well built, and does the job.
